All
guests receiving services have use of saunas, locker rooms and relaxing
lounge.

We
provide your robe and slippers for your visit. (They may be purchased)
Locker room amenities are also provided.

Fresh
or dried fruit, herbal tea and filtered water are available for
all guests. The snacks provided and lunches we serve are the only
food permitted in the building.

Please
plan to arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment
time.

A
minimum 24 hour notice of cancellation of appointment is required
for all services so we can better accommodate all guests. When a
guest fails to keep a scheduled appointment and/or does not cancel
within 24 hours, Gift Certificates will be void and/or credit cards
charged.

The
most popular days to book services are Thursday afternoon, Friday,
Saturday and Sunday. These popular days tend to book out 2 to 3
weeks in advance.

Gift
Certificates expire one year from purchase.

Shaving
on the day of receiving your Sea Salt Body Treatment may cause a
stinging sensation. However, if you inadvertently shave, we have
alternate exfoliating treatments.

For
massages, please undress completely, or to your comfort level. Slip
into a robe and slippers. The therapist will provide you with an
appropriate cotton garment for any service. Our intent is for you
to be truly relaxed and never uncomfortable.

Gratuity
is not automatically added to your services. If you wish to leave
a gratuity most guest leave 10% to 20%. Our service staff truly
appreciates your thanking them in this way. .

Euro
Day Spa and Staff are not responsible for damage or loss of your
personal belongings. Our recommendation is to not bring valuables
into the Spa.

Use
of cellular telephones is not permitted in the Spa or Salon.

Euro
Day Spa is a non-smoking, non-alcohol facility.

Children
are welcome in the Spa only when receiving treatments.

Children
may not accompany adults into any treatment room. We are not able
to have child care services in any of our waiting room areas.
